Enjoy our aquatics facilities at INPUT Fitness – Gym and Health Club (Frankston). We have multiple saltwater aquatics where you can relax or rejuvenate. Even better than that, spending time at our pool or steam room can help you reach your fitness goals. 

For adults we have casual pool visits, member aqua classes, BodyBump classes for expectant mums and adult swimming classes either group or private. It’s never too late to learn how to swim and we have many adults enjoying their new found freedom and fitness which low intensity swimming allows. Relax in the spa and steam room after a workout and ease sore muscles, relieve tightness and enjoy the remedial qualities of hydrotherapy.

For children we have casual visits also, Swim Intensive Programs during school holidays and year long group or private swim classes in our SuperSwim School. Running morning and after school classes during school Terms, our Team of Swim Teachers is able to teach private or group sessions and cater to those with NDIS funding. Experienced in engaging, motivating and assessing the capabilities of your child, we are here to give you regular feedback for the ongoing progress through our Swim & Survive Program.  We’ll find a spot that suits your baby in our Wonder Years program from 3 months old, your little kids in the Courage Program and the older kids in the Active Program. Our facility is optimised for fun and focused learning and is free from excess noise and distraction – something most of our parents agree is a welcome change.

Skei's inspiring story gives hope to many who may have suffered serious setbacks physically or emotionally. It's testament to the power of perseverance and hope but mostly to the impact of moving forward daily to your goal.

Skei had a background as a gymnast and dancer when she suffered a devastating spinal cord injury 8 years ago when after a spinal cord implant, doctors told her she wouldn't be able to wal or work. The prospect of running or lifting weights was to them an impossibility.

Skei didn’t accept the prognosis and took the proactive step to study pilates and achieve her diploma in an effort to rehabilitate herself. Her mobility increased and eventually she spoke at length with her physio who prepared her to resume running and increased it gradually. A year later she completed her first marathon. During lockdown she tore her calf muscle and as with all of us....enjoyed cooking and eating a little too much. Post lockdown, the conviction to get on track was back and Skei was enquiring about INPUT's January 6 week challenge.

"Without challenges and people I just won’t achieve the results I need. Home gyms just don't meet my motivation needs. I tried MAX last year on and off joined through my son. MAX high intensity classes are amazing - so motivating, so much fun, there is no bitchiness... the 6am and 7am crew is amazing. We help each other out, you don’t feel like you're on your own , it's team effort and you just smash out. If I’m working on my own I’ll dawdle - it’s kept me inspired and I love it so much. I knew I had to get myself back to my happy self. The instructors always give you options if there's something you can't do - like for me it's the tyre flips. Private training can cost a fortune and this is like a private session. Value wise it's absolutely amazing. With the challenge- Keto and fasting was new to me and I've lost 1kg each week in the last 2 weeks so I'm still losing weight on top of the 8.6kg I lost on the challenge and I love it and plan on maintaining it. The sauna’s are amazing I've been loving those and will be booking more sessions. All the staff are amazing and I’m so blessed.”
