Our group workout classes and circuits will give you the motivation you need to reach your fitness goals, socialise with other fitness fanatics, and learn more about general fitness and health. Participating in fitness group classes is a fun, rewarding and challenging way to be active.
ACTIVE KIDS – A 45min kids’ workout for children aged between 6 and 12 years. Classes may include boxing, fitball, drills and general fitness. Kids will have fun while being challenged. It’s $5 for Input Member’s children and $10per session for non-members children.
AQUA – A non weight-bearing water based workout is designed to keep you strong and healthy through a range of effective resistance and water aerobic exercises, all run to excellent music play lists. Suitable to all water lovers, swimming ability not necessary.
FIGHT CLUB – Unleash the beast! This class incorporates boxing drills and bodyweight exercises at both low and high intensity. A tough workout for all levels to build power, strength, endurance and to tone up.
CARDIO BLAST – A moderate to high level aerobics class with a combination of fitness, strength and toning exercises. A workout for your whole body!
FAT BURNER – This high intensity interval training class blends athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music. No matter what your fitness level, you’ll get fit, stay fit and get fitter!
FIT & FAB – A fun, aerobic workout which also includes some strength work with weights. Fit & Fab is an all over body workout with motivating music that will keep you coming back for more.
THT – Tummy, Hips and Thighs. A fantastic workout which concentrates on toning and firming your lower body and strenghening your core.
OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP – For ALL fitness levels (as long as you can jog!) Ideal for those wanting to train for fun runs, 1/2 and full marathons, or just enjoy training in the fresh outdoors. Each session is jam packed full of drills to drive the heart rate up and fast track fitness.
PILATES – Work at your level to promote better balance, flexibility, posture and core stability with our Pilates in Frankston class. It also improves your structural and breath awareness. Our experienced Pilates instructors tailor the classes for both beginners to advanced
S.A.S. (Sculpt, Abs and Stretch) – Want to tone and sculpt your body without impact or joint stress? S.A.S is your class. Incorporating weight bearing exercises with free weights targeting every muscle group also giving your abs a complete workout with a variety of back and core strengthening exercises. The class winds down with a full stretch and relax.
YOGA – Floor work and stretching exercises, excellent for improving flexibility, balance, breathing, healing specific ailments and enlightening the spirit. Yoga works on the whole body, bringing it into a state of balance, it helps with any health imbalances… and our attitudes to life.
ZUMBA – Designed for everyone! The invigorating dance-fitness “party” will have you movin’, groovin’ and shakin’ the weight off to the sexy, exotic rhythms of salsa, samba, SP (merengue) and more!
STRONG: BY ZUMBA – Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
BODYBALANCE – A perfect blend of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates designed to leave you feeling strong, centred and calm. An excellent 55 minute personal “time out” from daily stresses which will enhance your physical and mental well-being.
BODYPUMP – The fastest wat to redesign your body. The original 20 year strong freeweights workout. Blending light weights and high reps to sculpt, tone and strengthen every muscle group with an average burn of 600 calories per class!
BODYCOMBAT – Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

HYDROTHERAPY – Run by an experienced and qualified instructor, hydrotherapy is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This class is for those more mindful in their approach to health and fitness via aquatics. It is particularly beneficial for those with chronic pain disorders, arthritis or post-surgery.
RESTORATIVE YOGA – This class combines several styles of yoga, drawing on the fundamentals of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Bikram. The principle aim is to restore and upgrade health and wellbeing via postural improvements and anatomical alignment with each pose. The class combines aspects of Ying and Yang yoga delivered to provide a whole body work out. It commences gently and builds progressively.
REFLECTIVE YOGA – Creating a balanced, calm lifestyle and an ability to cope under pressure are just some of the elements you will gain in this reflective class. The class draws upon a variety of yoga styles, with emphasis upon GITA style Hatha yoga. Utilising sequential postures to balance our hormone producing endocrine glands, prepare to feel grounded, centred and calm as this regular practice generates health, vitality and wellbeing.
POWER FLOW YOGA – An energetic and fluid form of Yoga. Coordinate movement with breath, flowing from one pose to the next building internal heat. Increase strength and flexibility while cultivating a calm, balanced mind. Leave feeling revitalized and blissfully serene.
