This class is a sure way to increase lung capacity, heart/lung fitness, agility, coordination, strength and more.
Interval training, or high intensity interval training (HIIT), refers to the type of training that involves intense workouts paired with rest/relief periods that gradually become shorter throughout the session. We combine lung capacity exercises, aerobic exercises and body weight exercises into all of our Fat Burner classes.
High intensity interval training can help to increase lung capacity, improve your endurance/stamina, burn fat, gain muscle, tone up, and more. An interval training session also burns more calories than any other type of workout, as it’s intense, quick, and incorporates all areas of the body.
