Group Exercise Classes

At Input Fitness we have over 100 Group Exercise Classes a week to choose from. We provide a huge range of classes so you’ll be able to find something that suits you. All classes cater to everyone from beginners to advanced with options to suit everyone. Remember everyone has been new to the class at sometime!

Please find below a brief description of all our classes. If you are unsure or have any queries about any class then please see one of our friendly staff.

For your own comfort, please bring a towel and drink to all classes and allow up to an hour for each class.


For ALL fitness levels levels (as long as you can jog) Ideal for those wanting to train for fun runs, 1/2 and full marathons, or just enjoy working out in the fresh outdoors. Each session is jammed packed full of drills to get the heart rate up and active. See you there…NO EXCUSES!!


These classes are taylor made by our wonder instructors to bring you the latest moves and motivate you to get the most out of your class.


A 45min fitness class specifically for children aged between 6 and 12 years. Classes may include boxing, kids Zumba, kids Yoga, fitball, fitness drills and general skills. Kids will have fun while being challenged. It’s FREE for Input Member’s children and $10per session for non-members children.


Water Aerobics-Exercise in the water for a non weight-bearing workout. Add Music and you have a great fun, effective class. Suitable for all ages. Try our new Aqua H.I.I.T. class or Aqua Yogilates. (45 minute class)


This class is for everyone! Using various boxing equipment, participants will be guided through an inspiring tough workout to strengthen, build endurance and also relieve stress.


A moderate to high level aerobics class with a combination of fitness, strength and toning exercises. All done to upbeat music, it’s a workout for the whole body!


This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals. No matter what your fitness level, you’ll get fit, stay fit and get fitter!


A beginners to intermediate level aerobics class incorporating the fitball with a combination of fitness, core strength and toning exercises to music. A great class for new participants, older adults, people with injuries and pre and post natal women. Feel fit and look fab!


Perfect for those from beginners to advanced. Work at your own level to promote better balance, flexibility, posture and core stability. It also improves your body’s structural awareness and breathing techniques.


Floor work and stretching exercises, excellent for improving flexibility, balance, breathing, healing specific ailments and enlightening the spirit. Gita Style Hatha Yoga works on the whole body, bringing it into a state of balance. It helps with any health imbalances and our attitudes to life.


Zumba is designed for everyone, every shape and age. Anyone can start a Zumba class and have fun. This program is not limited to dancers, fitness fanatics or seniors. All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of a Zumba class.


LES MILLS™ programs are updated every three months with new choreography, music and instructor education to ensure they are fresh, up to date and in line with the latest research, creating group exercise experiences enjoyed by millions around the world.


Is the yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. It’s your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life, a 55 minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental wellbeing.


It’s the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat a toning and conditioning class with weights. It’s perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout. No aerobics or co-ordination required, work at your own pace. Warning: it will change the shape of your body!. Class limited to first 35 participants.


Is a non-contact, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from karate, taekwando, kung fu, kickboxing, muay thai and tai chi. Improves heart and lung function and reduces the risk of heart disease. It also improves coordination and agility and builds self-confidence.


An indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Great for toning your legs, hips and butt – Limited 45 bikes so get in early.
